NLX Dialog Studio is a back-end application for building, launching and managing conversational experiences like chatbots or Alexa Skills. Diesdas team was asked by NLX to help with reshaping the user experience of the product. The project started with a thorough UX research that helped narrowing down the scope of the redesign. We chose to focus on the key feature of Dialog Studio: the Conversation Builder. We built a flexible graph editor with 3 modes that allow suer to build, test and analyse their conversation in one window. We also reworked the product architecture adding a floating navigation and bringing hierarchy to the pages. Another part of the project was to develop a new approach and concept designs for analytics and multilingual functionality.
